STORYFile was a publishing project, periodical that I created in 2016.
The goal was to come up with a quarterly publication that would feature the writings and artworks of colleagues and friends (and occasionally family members), designed, printed, and bound by myself. I wanted to create something simple, elegant, and use friendly. We only printed and bound 100 copies of each issues, which were typically distributed for free or at the nominal fee of $10.
The project ran for three issues and was retired in 2018. I worked closely with talented editor and artist, Shelby Shaw, who was instrumental in the success of the project from it’s inception.
I’m forever grateful to all who participated in the project, either through trusting me with their artwork and writing or simply attending one of our launch parties and speaking with us.
